Katrina Watch

The inspiration for this painting came from the hours of television coverage in preparation for the arrival of Hurricane Katrina. Colors are normally used to indicate the force of approaching hurricanes. However with Katrina, the colors became more symbolic for those who experienced Katrina's wrath and life in the city after the storm.

Double-signed, A Certificate of Authenticity and Artist’s Statement are also included.
